Return Policy
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment for full refund by calling customer service at 623-412-3919. Once an order is shipped, any cancellation or return of the order is at the discretion of Tipu Press through calling the customer service number.

Exchange Policy
Customers receiving a damaged shipment may contact the customer service number to make arrangements for appropriate replacement.
